Emergency mode
Everything you need in one place. It all works without signal.
If someone’s life is in danger, there’s a fire or a crime happening. 112 also works from any phone.
SOS flashes · · · — — — · · · so rescuers can see you. If your phone’s light can’t be used from a web page, the screen lights up instead.
What to do now
Emergency outside the home: go in, stay in, tune in. Listen to local radio for advice.
Emergency inside the home: get out, stay out, call 999.
Your plan
Save your battery
- Turn the screen brightness right down and switch on low power mode.
- Turn off Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and location if you don’t need them.
- Close apps you aren’t using, and keep calls short. Text instead if you can.
- Keep your phone warm: batteries drain faster in the cold.
